How to be alone

I really enjoy watching this video. Why are we so afraid of being alone?
I want to keep learning how to be alone while still being with someone. Is that really possible?

While I'm creating, I embrace the art of being alone. I want to make that art my best piece of all, because to me is the reflection of a pure love, the love to ourselves ♥

When I'm walking to work, this is what sometimes I "see"
I'm always day dreaming when I'm walking, and most of the time when people is talking to me... I should not have confessed that. Oh well...
